COSCOMAN has established a strict quality management system based on international treaties and regulations. In 1996, we were issued by DNV of with two certificates - ISO9002 and DNV Rules for Crew Manning Offices, thus becoming the first international manning corperation accredited with both certificates in mainland China. In 2001, we successfully passed the DNVaudit to convert the quality management system into ISO9001:2000 version.  COSCOMAN built and maintains an interactive web page and personnel database through automated OA office management system. Through phone, fax, satellites and the internet, we are now capable of keeping contacts with our clients and sailing vessels 24 hours a day with assured quality services, assisting clients to solve problems occurring at any time, ensuring normal sailing of vessels and doing our utmost to maintain clients' interests.
